WVAR Leadership
“The WVAR Leadership Academy exists to promote, train and acknowledges current and future leaders. It enables them to better serve their Local, State, and National Associations of REALTORS®, as well as their community through education, knowledge sharing and team building.”
Leadership is an exciting & eye-opening experience to go through! Once a KVBR member completes Leadership you may be eligible to be reimbursed the $500 application fee!
Reimbursement is conditioned upon you service on a KVBR committee, task force, or the Board of Directors for a minimum of one full year. The KVBR volunteer service commitment must be completed during the year immediately following graduation from the WVAR Leadership Academy.
Complete all modules of the WVAR Leadership Academy
Received Certificate of Completion
A $250 payment is awarded at the end of the completion year during the December Membership Luncheon
Another $250 payment is received upon the full year completion of a KVBR approved Committee, task force, or BOD.
